    Sept 24: 235 Now 4 weeks with no loss. Hmm, something has to change. At least inches are reducing :)

    @deepwoodslady, Six more days in September Donna. Just saying. My last September weigh in will be on the LAST DAY of September. A lot of changes can occur in 6 days.

    Which makes me think of an odd question. As our discs compress when we age, we can get shorter. If we stay at the exact same weight, our BMI changes. This doesn't make sense unless the population level BMI actually does take into account a range of ages in people.

    So I wonder if this is one of the ideas behind the Smart BMI that some folks suggest is a more appropriate measure of healthy weight?

    Any ideas?

    @tiabirdie56 You are right. Those extra 6 days could really help although I have travel on one of them (upcoming Friday). What days would you then weigh in October? Those posted plus October 31st? I'd like to change my weigh in schedule in the format. Others who read this may follow suit.

    @deepwoodslady, There are weigh in rules? Lol. The Monday weigh ins are fine with me, but I am also going to post on the first and last day of each month. You know how I go into spongebarb mode at any given time. On the weekly challenges that I participate in, my weigh in days are Monday and Wednesday. I also need to add a spoiler to that listing. It's a lot.

    I will be weighing on the 1st and last day of every month. All other weigh-ins will continue to be on Mondays to help keep me accountable on the weekends



    Sept 01: 178.8 starting weight
    Sept 03: 180.0 [bcolor=green] Holiday and Birthday Celebrations got the best of me. Back on track TODAY!

    Sept 10: 177.2 Finally under starting weight. Must stay focused.

    Sept 17: 179.4 September is proving to be a struggle for no specific reason. I’ll never make Sept goal but I’ve got to get this under control.

    Sept 24: 176.0 3.4 down since last week. Yay. Had to work my a.r.s.e. off just to get under my starting weight. Bad month for me overall but my weight is still going down. I just had hoped I would stick to plan better and get the scale down quicker. Onward toward October which involves a lot of travel and restaurants for me. Fall is the hardest weight loss season of all for me as November and December will be toughies too. Fingers crossed…..
