I'm so happy to be now below the weight I got to last time I lost weight and it's been so, so much easier to lose the weight this time.
Also, if you're going to 'woo' me, be good if you could tell me why - you might have a point but it doesn't help if I don't know what it is6 -

As far as a goal, you might walk through MFP's goal-setting steps. You'll want to aim for 1 pound a week. (See this discussion of why.)
If you are really just getting started take a look at these posts for some great information and ideas:

If you are just getting started, you may also find that it takes a while to build new habits like weighing/measuring food, and logging food in MFP. If that's the case, be kind to yourself. Thanks so much for the tip ! I lost 100lbs but had been maintaining for maybe 6 months ! I have now decided to start again to get to a healthy bmi but it feels like I’m starting from scratch! Lol BUT I didn’t
Do much tracking or excersise it seems the weight drops easier with more to lose now I’m going to really focus and track and try to move more !
