ive pretty much reach my final goals which were to reach 155-160, though I’ve only reached 161 and 163 today. I’ve been stuck between 160-170 for about a month now but I think it’s because I’m building muscle. My actual goal now is to lose the “love handles” vs and actual weight. I started at 192lbs on Aug 5th.

2 months, first pic is Aug 11, second pic was this week. Took a break on drinking, changed diet counted calories, and lifting plus cardio 5-6 days a week total 1.5-2.5 hours

Hi, I have been researching the keto diet and am considering trying it, starting as soon as in the next couple of days. Can anyone please comment on the results. Congrats on starting! That's the first step. I've lost 22 pounds in 6weeks. My recommendation is beat your calories goals daily, along with lots of exercise. I went from 191.7 to 170.2 and I want to reach about 150-155.
