Great results and what are your final goals?
I am 51yo 5'10" and current weight of 215lbs. I still have a ways to go and started around Oct. 1st.
My wife the other day says to me "your face looks skinnier" ERRR UH thanks bwhahahahahaha
I look forward to posting my before and after pics1 -
ive pretty much reach my final goals which were to reach 155-160, though I’ve only reached 161 and 163 today. I’ve been stuck between 160-170 for about a month now but I think it’s because I’m building muscle. My actual goal now is to lose the “love handles” vs and actual weight. I started at 192lbs on Aug 5th.0
