Hi,
Just want to introduce myself. After years of not working out, I started Aug 5th. I've lost 21.7 pounds in about 6weeks, primarily with help of this app. Have stopped drinking alcohol (temporarily) till I reach my weight goal of 155lbs, eating about as healthy as possible thanks to this app, basically meeting most of the calorie and nutirtional daily goals, working out 5-6 days a week between 1-3 hours, comibination of weights (4x week), running (5-6x week), cycling (2-3x week) and other cardio here and there such as beach volley ball etc.... when start in aug 5th, I weighed 191.7 pounds and now I am at 170.6. Looking forward to chatting meeting people here.
