I have no treatment team. It's just me doing my own thing. And I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

I'm somewhere like 5'11 and 6. Different measurements like give me different results. Some are 5'11 others are 6. As for the pictures I'm fine with it as long as it's not shirtless cuz not really proud of my abdomen. My expectations are like just getting me down to below 15% body fat or like close to it.

1 and 6. There's also the fact that I live in a country where a relationship means a commitment to get married and not just see where it goes and since you can't actually ask a girl out here public and 80% of the people consider dating to just be Facebook friends and text each other lol.

I understand what you're saying and I've started increasing my calorie intake gradually and have started strength training instead of focusing on cardio. Also it wasn't 3lbs a week it was 4. I know it was unhealthy and I shouldn't have brought such intense changes to my diet and my activity level but I did and now I'm just…

So I've understood what you all are trying to say and it's that I should bring my body back to the normal calorie count and do strength training instead of cardio. The doctors in the house don't know what I'm doing since they aren't here everyday. I'm still concerned that if I amp my calories then my body might gain weight…

I'm 6ft and 79kg I don't think I'll die from malnutrition since I make sure I'm getting everything plus it's hard to die when everyone in your house is a doctor.

My height is 6ft and weight right now is 79kg and yes I am measuring my calorie intake but not my output and I've been losing for 3-4 months.

I take fiber in the morning and tbh after eating less I feel much better in class and yes I'm tracking my food here and every little thing

Thank you and I get what you're saying but I'm not eating cafeteria food since I go to college from home ( it's a 40 minute drive). I've checked other threads and they say that they're eating 1500 or so calories but I've eating 800-1000 calories since the start and reduced it to 600 during the plateau yet no loss and…

I haven't checked out any threads on the subject here on MFP

It's been about a month and I've lost 19kg and my activity level is high since I run daily. There's also college so I'm not a lazy person anymore
