So I'm 20 years old and have been working out for the past 3 years from when I was 17. I started out using mfp and did only cardio and went from 120kg to 78kg and was mostly skinny fat. However I took up the bad habit of being anorexic and eating 600-700 calories a day. A friend advised working out at the gym which I did and have been for the past 15 months. During this period I've dealt with anorexia cuz not possible to lift and be anorexic. The hungry is just so much worse to deal with. During this period I've going through fluctuations with my weight. Shredding and gaining but I could never shred completely. Like my legs are jacked. My chest region is fine you could say since the bone structure of my rib cage is huge but my abdomen, the big bad we all want to get rid of won't freaking budge. I don't know what to try now except for opting for fat burners. I even switched from strength training to metabolic stress and that didn't help at all instead it just made me weaker at lifting. I've switched back to strength training now and have also added 20-30 minutes of conditioning cardio at the end. But the weight machine won't budge. And I don't have access to any kind of fat percentage checking equipment. Currently weighing 88kg and would like to shred down to 77-78kg

The rare fat burners that do work are illegal because they are very dangerous.

Since you mentioned an eating disorder, it is possible that your expectations are not realistic. Would you mind posting pictures?

88 kg is 194 pounds - how tall are you? (Please give in feet and inches too :)

I'm somewhere like 5'11 and 6. Different measurements like give me different results. Some are 5'11 others are 6. As for the pictures I'm fine with it as long as it's not shirtless cuz not really proud of my abdomen. My expectations are like just getting me down to below 15% body fat or like close to it.

This is a goal you need to evaluate with your treatment team.

I have no treatment team. It's just me doing my own thing. And I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
