I let my holiday get the better of me, but it’s back to healthy eating now! Bought yoghurt, veggies and apples for tomorrow. Will drink lots of water.

Been doing well. Lots of excercise, snacking on carrots. Want to allow myself a treat today, but not go overboard with it.

Sat in the car for travelling, but didn’t snack. Ate half of my pizza at a restaurant and drank lots of water. Good start of the holiday. Hope there will be healthier dinner options for vegetarians the rest of my holiday.

Have been good this week and not been over my set calorie intake yet. I’m going on holiday though, which usually means more food, but since it’s sporty, I hope it cancels each other out.

Food-wise it was not a good one, but the game night was really fun. I’m okay with it. Tomorrow I’ll stock up fresh fruit and veggies, and try to go for a walk.

Crashing the partyyy. I started taking two lunch boxes to work, one for fruit/yoghurt and for vegetables. Need healthier dinner options though, but the boxes are progress. I need to eat more iron for my health, and I want to go back to donating blood. Want to lose 3 kg, and pick up running again. These are my goals for…

I think determination, commitment and motivation pretty much go hand in hand. So set some goals, and try to work towards it. For me it's getting back to running.

Soy yoghurt with muesli. You can also throw some fresh fruit in, or use the cheaper frozen ones.
