I’ve done all the others and none of them helped with inflammation. So I’m doing low carb now. I’m not eliminating them completely. Just try to stay around 50. Maybe 75 on some days.

It can help people with autoimmune diseases. Following a lower carb diet helps reduce inflammation. You don’t have to follow Atkins or Keto though and be as extreme and still get the health benefits.

I have never heard of this person. What are his qualifications? Is he a doctor or sports Doc or a scientist? I looked him up after reading all this and found nothing.

I tore my acl and meniscus on my left leg plus broke that ankle twice. I need to hold on because it's not stable.

I don't leave my Fitbit on because it only sometimes records a step on the treadmill. It's here and there. I guess because I always have my hands on the hand rails. Don't want to fall. So to not have double steps added, and to be more accurate when I add the excerise on the app I just take it off.
