  • Lmfaoo. Look i got a question. I lost alot of weight in a short time and as people say if you loss the weight really quick you'll get it back in no time, so is that true? And let's say i eat only 2000 calories a day without exercising does that make me gain wait?

  • Yep it recommended 2400 cals but because i have lost alot of weight really quickly by eating alot pess i'm worried if i eat 2400 cals a day and get the weight back. And so i can eat about 150-200 grams of carbs a day? I read alot about the macros but still dunno how to manage them tbh

  • So now i'm learning new thing.. i thought if i have big amounts of lean meats that are high in protein and low in fat and carbs is alright and healthy.. Yesterday i had 330 grams of fillet which doesn't have carbs but has 4.5 grams of saturated fats.

  • What about the high carbs? Alot of dietitions ask to eat less carbs and fat
  • That's exactly what i thought, my doctor told me to have at least 100 grams of protein a day. I put my macros as 50% protein, 25% fat and 25% carbs but sometimes i go more than 25% of carbs
  • It tells me to eat 50% carbs and 30% protein and 20% fat. 50% of my daily intake is 300 grams of carbs, that's what it shows
