The keeping it off is the hard part. I am still not sure if it is possible, as all of the major studies say it is statistically unlikely that a person can, and philosophy says free will is but an illusion, but I am going to try to beat the odds anyway. Good Luck

Thanks for the comments - I have no idea with the Peanut Butter - I have just been logging some american brand of Peanut Butter because I can't figure it out. The only ingredient is peanuts, so I figure it must be somewhat similar. FYI - not the middle east, I am in West Africa at the moment.

Here is another that technically isn't European, but it seems closer to EU format than U.S. it says 32gr but I don't think that is the overall weight, as this is a medium size jar of natural peanut butter. Half full it weights 382 grams. So I am looking to see if someone can decrypt it.

I started at 336. It is possible, but keeping it off is the hard part. WFPB really helped, but I was already a committed vegan when I started. I also ended up having a VSG after I lost over 100 lbs. That has been a mixed bag. Feel free to add me.

Might be too much salt. Keep in mind quality of food is also important. You want to concentrate on minimally processed food. But you are making good stride so don't panic. And disclaimer, I am not a nutritionist, but I doubt any nutritionist on the planet would have an issue with the advice of "eat more broccoli."

Starting at a high weight over 300 it took about 2.5 months to lose 50 lbs. But if you weigh more you lose faster. The slower you can lose the better.

Vega's Choco-a-lot Protein Smoothie. I like it because, though it is sweetened with stevia, it is only minimally sweetened, it is barely sweet at all. I hate overly sweet drinks.
