I usually use protein shake as a meal replacement,when I have no time to cook or prepare something.And I got used to those,I didn't even pay attention to the food that I ate and the protean I consume through the food... That's bad I know! Have to change a lot!I just realized I hit plateau,so lots of changes coming…

Nope...Never had any alergy problems or food intolerance.I have dairy products all my life,never problem with lactose... A friend told me I should go for the soy protein shake.No idea what to do.I think I'll have to try. It's either that or eating chicken breast all day long LoL

I had the same struggle.A friend suggested to start IF and keep my calories for the evening. It helps a little bit.I don't eat until 4pm,and than until 11pm I eat all my calories. I love this countdown! When I started a month ago, I promised myself I will get fit and lose weight till New Year's Eve, but Christmas sounds good as well. I have 85 kg, and want to reach 70kg,so 15kg to go. Let's do it!! How long we have till Christmas? :smiley:

Now I am really confused The application sink the 4miles walking and calculates the calories, which is a number of 400.I know that's a lot for walking, and now I know I shouldn't trust it.
