I find it more accurate to enter each ingredient than choose a generic "scrambled eggs". That person who added the entry probably used oil or butter in their eggs.

The first picture was taken by accident from my webcam and I have to chuckle. I was horrified when I found it on my computer. 16 pounds and 7 weeks between the 1st and last picture. About 50lbs to go, but it's progress!

August 26th, September 17th and October 7th. About 3 weeks in between pictures and 16 pounds lost. Many many more pounds to lose, however.

Carb Balance tortillas. The medium-sized ones are only 70 calories! I have made pizzas, wraps, burritos, quesadillas and homemade chips with them. I add each individual food item and usually add butter, oil, or any condiments that may be in the sauce or used to cook with. If someone served spaghetti, salad and garlic bread, I would enter 1 cup pasta, 1/4 cup pasta sauce, garlic bread, 2 cup mixed greens, 3 tsp ranch dressing, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp oil, etc. My entry…

I have about 70lbs to lose so my calorie goal is 1400 if I want to lose 1.5 pounds a week.

That's a really good idea. I'll try eliminating one food and see if that helps. I have a small addiction to cheese though...I could eat cheese on anything. I wish there was an alternative!

I thought it might be the sugar alcohols. My sister pointed out how much of my foods are processed. I will try drinking more water this week, staying away from sugar alcohols and watching my sodium.
