I use a wireless headset and walk around my office on calls, unless it’s a video call. I use the toilets at the far end of the building and make sure I go and talk to people rather than calling them. I also use a sit stand desk which helps a little bit. I’m fortunate to have a private office so don’t have to explain any of…

Hiya. I’m a type 2 diabetic. Diagnosed in November and determined to put it into remission. Or as I prefer to call it, I’m going to kick diabetes in the balls.

Thanks @edoardo531, no one's invulnerable to potential health issues it seems. We just have to take responsibility for how we deal with them and do the best we can. I've started having overnight oats with some protein powder in for breakfasts which has been really good actually. Started to experiment a bit more this week…
