Need Friends and Encouragement

Hi everyone,
First of all, I want to thank you for taking the time to read my post. Sharing this is a big step for me, and I truly appreciate your kindness and support.
I’m here once again, trying to restart my weight loss journey. Recently, life has thrown a lot at me challenges that have weighed heavily on both my heart and mind (specially after leaving a relationship). It feels like everything is piling up on my shoulders, and some days, it’s hard not to want to give up on myself.
But despite all of this, I’m trying to hold on to the belief that I can take control, even if it’s just one small step at a time. For me, my weight is something I feel I can work on, and improving it is a way to take back a sense of power in my life. I want to feel better not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too.
That said, this journey can feel so lonely at times. And that’s why I’m here, reaching out. I know I’m not the only one walking this path, and I believe that we can encourage and support each other. Whether it’s through sharing tips, having a quick chat, or just being there to listen, I’d love to connect with others who understand the ups and downs of this process.
If you’re on a similar journey or have been through it before, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s motivate each other as friends and find the strength we need to keep moving forward.

I have a favorite quote that goes “a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step”. I don’t know what struggles you’ve faced or are currently facing, but taking that first step will be the hardest, and you don’t have to walk the rest alone. ☺️💜1
