Taking my weightloss journey seriously. Hi I'm 36 mum of 2 kids, I've got my routines and schedules in the works of being figured out to fit in my home workouts with "growwithgo-youtube channel" and making time for the gym. Intermit fasting 16:8 has helped me ALOT as well as tracking my food with fitness pal. Good to be apart of the community. Looking for to the new me.
