  • I do IF everyday drinking black coffee instead of breakfast but last few extended water fasts I had no luck gained what lost with day or 2 after ending. Don't want to deprive myself on extended if no lasting results. Might try another in future but not excited too. My longest was 7 days extended fast.

  • I do body weight resistance training on keto no issues with needing carbs. Gymnastic Bodies.com training. But I know lifters and sprinters tend to want carb boosts.

  • I like cheese, sausage, pork rines, almonds, pepperoni, 90% cacao dark chocolate, fat bombs, and drink tons and tons of water. If your eating proper fat levels you won't be hungry often anyway. Drink lots of water it is filling.

  • That is interesting, I have salad almost every lunch and find that I am having to go frequently like I would if I was eating a lot of fruit in my diet. I haven't been eating fruit. I didn't realize salad had that affect, but it will be good to balance the fruit intake with since I now know that.
