Wednesday I went for a 50 minute walk with my friend. Not sure how far because when I got back Strava let me know I had gone nowhere. I forgot to switch on GPS. Also did some legs with my son. We incorporated some of the things I did in Saturday's circuit training.

Today I did not skip the full body workout with my son. I dread pretty much all the exercises but they aren't too bad. Plus I outlasted my son on planks by far! Go me!
