Noob here, looking for a mentor. Being YO-Yoing with the gym for the last year or so. But motivated to fully dedicated due to a newborn into family and wanting to have a good impression. Currently weigh 18 stone 10lb. First target weight is 16 stone 10lb then 14 stone 10lb.

I’m new as well! Been in and out of the gym for about a year but gonna give it a proper go. I’m currently 18 stone 10lb which is a lot but aiming for 17 stone by Christmas! Good luck to all

I’ve had it around a year! And usually burn 750-1000. How would that be done? I just put it on my wrist and used it I believe
