I've signed myself up to beachbody on demand and I love it already! So much content for the price and you don't have to stick to a program if you don't like it. There's always something else to try.

Started 21 day fix today! I'm just starting out with exercise and I'm 350lbs so might need to adapt and put the odd rest day in between but I'll get there! Anyone else starting out? Feel free to add me for support xx

I have the opposite problem. Directly outside the branch I have Burger King, KFC and a massive food court filled with all sorts of amazing restaurants. Oh and an old fashioned pick and mix sweet shop hahaha! As long as I bring food I'm fine! Enjoy the gym!

Thanks for the advice guys I'm planning all my food so I know what I'm taking and having every day at work. Snacks included. And I'm scheduling in my workouts. Glad I'm not alone in this from 2012 to 2014 I lost almost 100lbs. And now I'm more then what I was before (349lbs) thanks to starting work again, meeting the love of my life, depression and anxiety relapsing etc. Basically life. Ready to do this again and absolutely smash it and maintain at my happy weight not gain.

I saw an article or something where it said to reduce your weight 'remove your shoes when you come in the house' and I couldn't for the life of me work out why or where it came from now I know. I have no words. Just eat less then you burn. Boom weightloss!

I use them if I'm on an early at work just for convenience and to fill me up till lunch. Also I don't really get a lot of dairy in my diet as I'm not a big fan so it's a way to get my calcium up mixing milk in! I couldn't do the recommended '3 shakes or packs a day and a healthy snack in between' I'd be STARVING!

Since I gained the last twenty pounds it has literally all gone to my lower stomach and its driving me mad.
