I’m a yo-yo dieter so don’t know where to start. I was at my heaviest 7 years ago at 183 lbs and at 5’ 4” that can seem a lot. So I lost weight and reached 136lbs in 2016. I gained some back and went up to 163 lbs. I’ve lost some weight since December 2017 and now I’m at 153lbs. My goal weight is 128lbs.0

Started on September 12th at 171.1. Lost down to 150 by November 11th...then my father passed away suddenly. Let’s just say stress and grieving affect everything. But I was determined not to let it derail me. The weight didn’t come off as quickly after such a major event. I only weigh myself on mondays. Some weeks I lost, some weeks I lost nothing and eek!!! Some weeks I gained. But as if today I am proud to say I am 134.8. 36.3 lbs gone.1

Since my highest weight in 2013 I am down 227 lbs. There's been some up and down action of course, with a pregnancy and massive gain. 163 of those 227 have been in the past 2 years. I'm struggling and bouncing around right now after some surgeries and adjusting to medications that cause weight gain but now that I'm moving again I'm aiming to get back down another 15 lbs.2
