I'm pretty sure I've battled my weight for the majority of my 36 years on earth lol.
But most recently, Since May 28th 2016, down 134lbs as of today.67 -

Well, I've been thinking and stressing about weight loss and in calorie-deficits off and on since 1977. It's been some journey!
This time around -- my last time! -- it's taken me about 400 days to lose 119 lbs. I now weigh 111, and probably should be close to 100-even. (I'm a little over 5'.)11 -
922 days I loss 40 pounds and gained 50 pounds but i'm still going5

just past 1 year. down 84lbs and have about 60lbs left. slow going now, but I am still moving along. Lots of hiccups, but much further (and happier) than a year ago.10

Three and a half years and 66lbs., 50 of them in the first year,4

1135 days and 128 pounds. Had to slow down for a while because i cut my calories too low and started experiencing metabolism issues.7

Since October 23rd I have lost 40 lbs. Down from 211 to 171.
Still a ways to go and I was completely off track for a couple months, but I am making progress.5
