deficit of calories + workout no rocket science no needed any doctors books or whatev :D

Go to the mirror, look at yourself, dont like it, eh? Hard to get up from bed? Get up! There is no such thing like procrastinating, so do it, do it right now! Can you hear me? Do it for yourself!

I'm in :D
-
better be off with strength training, tabata, HIIT, classes instead of focusing on boring cardio which is the slowest way to reduce bf
-
time when you eat doesnt matter! you can have 1 meal at 10 pm, go to bed at 11 and you will be still losing weight if the meal contains less calories than you need, did you get the point ? :) eating whatev you want and avoiding dinner sounds crazy. I will even tell you even that I eat most of carbs before bed
-
so you are telling that you eat 1200 calories per day and do that cardio? whats your weight and height btw ?
-
oh gosh, why do you do so much cardio workout? do you do any exercises at the gym or is it just cardio?
-
ice creams, they are so good! :D If you really can not resist something, dont worry eat it once a week, train hard, keep your kcal nothing bad is gonna happen
-
yup, it doesnt matter what time you eat and how many meals a day dont bother yourself one problem solved, got another one? :)

Be patient. It takes time, it's not a race. Basic thing count calories. When have you started your diet/program/cutting? Any results?

yap certainly sugar is not addicting at all. I do not remember the time I bought simply sugar or eat, of course i got sugar from food fruits etc, whats more interesting your taste its much better if you drop sugar, for example eating almonds I find them sweet, but the person who's on high sugar dose wont taste it.

Coffee? YES But black without sugar and any extras, all rumors that coffee is bad for your is myth.

Tell us about your; workout (since when do you workout and what program) daily calories weight height your picture would be advantage to help you make decision what to do
-
You obviously need to cut now, if the photo is taken recently. Bulking now in your BF is not good idea tho.
-
keep going! well done so far :)
-
great job, so much commitment I believe!
-
little bit too late but good luck and do not give up :D
-
It's lifestyle I would say, not motivation. Once you work out on your habits, diet, workouts just keep going, why would you stop ? :)
-
Let's do it! :)
-
Were you cutting calories slowly or you cut immediately ?
-
This type of machine which shows bf water etc are just waste of money. Get a proper mirror instead hrhr
-
Just take a week off of any workouts. Maybe you just need rest and get refreshed. Then start with new workout plan, set up a goal and do it! :)

Measure yourself note the numbers, take the pic in the mirror, use scale once a week anyway it's just number

If you have a such a small amount of kcal per day, I would suggest use protein + fat as a breakfast, move the carbs to the latest meal or afterworkout. Do not be afraid the to eat carbs before sleep, but have at least 1 hour before bed time. Breakfast is not necessary tho, hunger will pass anyway. It might be just in your…

Less complicated option is to observe your weight and body in mirror, than calculating burnt calories. If nothing has changed over 7-10 days simply add 10-15min to your cardio session, add another session or cut carbs and observe again!:) Do not forget about counting calories. Get to know your body.

Why would you determine how many kcal have you burnt ? There is no need to do that, all this machines calculating calories how much you burn are *kitten* and no accurate at all. You just giving headache to yourself of thinking about that.
