I know at one point I was weighed in at the doctor at 350lbs.
I started changing my ways on 06-22 at an exact weight of 310. I am at 244.5 so I have been going for 150 days/90 days on MFP at a weekly average weight loss of 3.02325581 lbs a week.

Wow, I'm not sure who to be more impressed with...you or your beloved and faithful wife! She loves you so so VERY much, that she wanted you to be encouraged and inspired by asking you to post on here--so that you'd not only believe her (because sometime believing/trusting in our own perspective (and the scale difference AND smaller measurements) and SOMETIMES believing the people closest to us doesn't "seem" to register to/with us for some reason (maybe because we know they love us and think that they're just giving us support or encouragement or something)--but hearing it from others (outsiders) sometimes does help us to "see" things more clearly and can help give us a better/new perspective on things.
That said, I see a HUGE and TREMENDOUS transformation in you--WOW! You are clearly doing something VERY right, because the progress your making is working and working extremely well at that--It is so inspiring to hear you say "I started changing my ways" BOOM--that's the ticket! Change ( and the visible/outer and inner results change MAKES)is sooooo much FUN! You're looking completely different already and so much healthier and younger too. At the rate you're going and with the loving encouragement of your beautiful and loving wife, you'll be at your goal sooner more than later. You guys ROCK, period.

I'm in a Facebook group that talks about "non-scale victories." This could be smaller clothing, not getting out of breath now while doing things you've tried before, etc. Your face is definitely thinner! Congratulations!!0
