    Your wife clearly loves you very much AND knows you well. Sometimes we just need the objectivity of a stranger's opinions rather than relying on our own skewed perspective or taking the word of someone who loves us. ❤ Keep up the great work!!

    You can really see the difference on your photographs. But your mind is playing tricks on you.

    The mind needs to catch up with your body.

    I'm in a Facebook group that talks about "non-scale victories." This could be smaller clothing, not getting out of breath now while doing things you've tried before, etc. Your face is definitely thinner! Congratulations!!
