  • @meldwel you crushed it. And weather you hit or not, it only matters that you went after it and never gave up. We are all going through the same things. So it’s cool to be able to watch one another transform
  • @cnavarro002 tunnel vision and plow through. I’m 13 lbs from 50lbs. We can do this!! @JJKM02 great job. Weigh to go!! Your so close to punching through the 300lb Wall!!
  • @cnavarro002 it’s still a loss and headed into the right direction. And look at you are 3.5 lbs away from being double digits under 300lbs. Keep pushing and leave that old mark in the dust.

  • @MzCara148 yes for now but it will start seeming easier. If you don’t believe it, after a month of following the program, go back and repeat the first workout and watch how easily it feels compared to how hard it was the first time
  • WEIGH-Togo everyone!!! We are attacking the 15lb goal full steam ahead. I had a bit of a rough weekend we went away on vacation with friends and got into some amazing restaurants but I made a little better choices than I would of a couple months ago but still didn’t stay under my calories for the day. But I’ll do my best…
  • Hey guys first weeks weigh-in for me in March March 1st starting weight-380 March 9th current weight - 376.6 3.4lbs down, 11.6 lbs to go!! For month of March! **Bright note, is I’ve been on MFP for 1 month now and am down 25.4 lbs ❤️
  • @kwiris0328 great loss. Any loss is a good loss!!! You should be super proud. 15lbs is a very high number to achieve for anyone. For anyone to reach that, they’re going to need to be strict and put in the gym time. It’s almost unrealistic, but I just wanted to see if anyone would push hard to reach it.
  • @bigghunny great job!!! Any loss is a great loss! Proud of you keep it up!!
  • UPDATE*** Garmin Vivoactive HR, first off it’s waterproof upto 50 meters. So showers, swimming, etc is all good. It counts steps, miles, heart rate, it keeps track of your calories burned. It has settings for running, biking, cardio workouts. It syncs up with my phone. I can get my text msgs and phone calls on it (you…
  • @fatoldladyonamission I challenge you to take some progress photos. Compare and see how far you have already come.
  • Finally got it in the mail today. I’ll test it out tomorrow
  • A new shirt, new shoes, a meal out, concert tickets etc
  • You can post as much and as often as ya want. Help stay accountable.
  • My real name is Chris, starting weight for March 380lbs. 15 lbs to go for the month of March! Let’s do this
  • Good point. Let’s make a starting post for each person. Put your starting weight and work from there. My weigh in is Friday every week. So I’ll start a couple days late into the month but I’m okay with that. If we get enough people interested in this one we can do a group challenge in April, for a total team effort of so…
  • Hey, I’ve thought the same thing. February was my start up month. I didn’t start till like the 12th but it was a good month. My NSV would be i use to get tired just walking around the mall. Now I’ve completed a couple 2.73 mile walks around my neighborhood

  • I started taking walks this week which is my 3rd week. I started with a mile and then I did 1.73 miles. And today I went 2.73 miles. I’m not really looking for distance just to the point where I walk an hour or so. I also went to the y this week and played some pickup games of doubles pickleball and that was Great workout…
  • @gin_rummy I did, had turkey burgers last night, with let and Tomato (hate tomato) still hate tomato. Don’t mind the taste hate the texture. And since your above me, I challenge you to take a leap of faith and try a new work class or video.
  • @bmeadows380 congratulations at getting into the dress. I always say non scale victories outweigh the scale. We can lose lbs and not actually see ourselves any different. But the feeling of wearing something you couldn’t before drives home the fact that what your doing is working
  • Nope, i completely eat whatever everyone is having. Now I do most of the cooking in our household so I know what goes into everything. And I create a ton of recipes on MFP. Just so when we have spaghetti and meatballs, I have it in my recipes just the way I made it. And I eat only what I have available for calories.…
  • How do you log pickleball as a workout on MFP
  • @crazykatlady820 great tip, I think that’s a lot of problems people have. They see on tv, BL for instance these crazy numbers that just aren’t possible in the real world. Real weight loss takes time, and not expecting huge numbers is a great way to not get discouraged. I look at it that any loss is a great loss. Anything…
