May Group Challenege
Group Challenge is 2,400 minutes of exercise. That’s equivalent to 1 full work week of 40 hours. As a group we can surely log 40 hrs of workouts. Post how long your workout was and how many minutes we are down to. (Example only I did 30 minutes. 2,370 minutes to go!)

What do you eat when you have a sweet tooth?
Before I started this journey I’d eat a half gallon of ice cream in one sitting watching a tv show. And about 3-4 days a week. I still get sweetness cravings obviously.
