Exercise minutes will include anything that elevates your heart rate that you wouldn’t do every day because you half to. So if today you push mowed then yes count it, but if you push mow a lawn everyday for work then no.

Trust the process. The toughest part is logging every thing you put into your mouth. If you make that the habit. You will eat less as you are more aware.

MFP said when I started I should eat 23xx calories. That seemed high to me so I adjusted it to 1800. I try to stick at or below that number. I eat any thing I want. Check out my diary’s if you want. Pizza spaghetti etc. I do not eat salad or almost any veggies. Just don’t like them. I just keep my daily calories under…
