Glad to see this is a known issue, because I've been dealing with this for the past 2 weeks. Every day, I update my calories and nutrient ratios to what they're supposed to be and every time I log back in, my changes are gone.

I like to grate a little zucchini into my morning oatmeal and cook it a little extra. I also add a dollop of greek yogurt, chia seeds and unsweetened applesauce. It's delicious and satisfying due to the protein and fiber. (around 225 calories).

I got 4 miles and 8K steps. I’m currently around 325lbs (ugh), so this was extremely challenging for me!!!! Also, the times when I was doing the work reaching, etc., I was doing so standing. No seated movements at all.

Weight loss is about 75% what you eat and 25% exercise. If you’re eating more calories than you’re burning, you could walk 25 miles a day and still not lose/gain weight. It’s NOT water retention. You need to buy a food scale and weigh all your solids and use measuring cups for liquids and log honestly and consistently.

I’m definitely NOT going over on my calories. Most days I’m way under and I very, very rarely go over due to exercise (not eating calories back).
