Now that the gardens are up and running my Zucchini came in for an amazing omelet. Egg, feta cheese., zucchini with sat pepper and garlic powder ❤️❤️

    I like to grate a little zucchini into my morning oatmeal and cook it a little extra. I also add a dollop of greek yogurt, chia seeds and unsweetened applesauce. It's delicious and satisfying due to the protein and fiber.
    (around 225 calories).
