Terrain building is kind of similar to models. I love terrain building, though I don't do it nearly as much as I should. Great job getting back on track :)

Alright, I suppose that's fair. It just makes me worried cause according to one site I should be consuming about 1400 calories to lose 2 lbs a week (resting/norm is about 2400 a day), that's with a light exercise life style, so it was just strange to see "oh actually, 1400 is too little, you need 2300" from taking 5k…

Hmm, ok. I don't eat those points back, correct? It's telling me I was at like 800 calories left yesterday, when it subtracted those calories, but I didn't use them...it seemed odd.

D&D is my favorite thing ever. I do enjoy animal crossing as well though. Always a fun relaxing game. Havent played in a few weeks. My villagers will probably yell at me.

My highest was 296 I think, so right there with ya. I just (somehow) hit 271 after not reallt doing anything recently (its been like 6 months since I stepped on a scale, almost 3 years since my highest weight). Will definitely send you a friend request

It's been a crazy long journey, especially since we never even thought we were going to be adopting a 16 year old when we first started. But she's perfect for our family, and we're so stoked to see where it leads us.

Yeah my goal isn't to cut it out entirely just be mindful of it, and minimize. I should have only had the slice at dinner and been good. Was just making excuses and eating easy so i could be lazy

I didn't gorge, at least I don't think I did in the sense that I consider gorging. I did eat more bad food then I should have, perhaps once that day bad would have been better for sure. What's the minimum protein goal? I changed it in the past when I was trying Keto. I've been trying to get to at least 35% (which I think is like 130ish g) of protein, but I usually hit around 25% on a daily average. Granted, right now I'm eating what we have in the house because money's tight until pay day.

I log all the strength exercises, though it doesn't state if any calories are burned. I figure in a month I can look back and see how much I've improved.
