I've read that it actually can be covered by OHIP if you have lost over 100lbs and the skin is causing chaffing and hygiene issues. Not sure what the process is in regards to proving that weight loss and how you qualify but there is stuff online that states OHIP will help with removing excess skin.

How true that is with weight loss AND other things such has my separation! I've certainly learned that EVERYONE loves to have their opinion about my personal life! With both my weight loss and separation, I've had to limit how much I share! I will happily eat the extra calories I have burned from my workout :)

I recently bought a bag of Iron Vegan, the chocolate "athletes blend". My first time trying a vegan blend and while yes it is slightly more chalky then other non-vegan powders Ive tried, I honestly dont thing its bad at all! Tastes pretty good.
