I really like the Aldi big salad bag kits. For a little over 350 (~400-450 cal) you can have the entire bag. I was on 1200-1500 but kept going over so I have changed my goal to 0.5lb a week at 1800 calories. I think the reason I kept going over is because my maintenance is nowhere near 1800.. it’s more like 2300 calories a day.. so on 1800 I should lose a pound a week, not even a half a lb like myfitnesspal predicts. Glad there are others with “lower” goal weights. I’m mid 140s and assuming I have a good 10-20lb to lose. Due to my small frame! 140 looks amazing on most girls our height though so that’s an accomplishmwnt :)

I get this too!! Even when I eat at maintenance during my period I still lose 2lb that week when it ends beyond the water weight... so I’m not too concerned with sticking to maintenance. Clearly my body needs it.

I’m young ( mid 20s) so I’m not very concerned with macros at this point... instead of watching macros I make sure I’m eating mostly fresh meat, fruit and veggies as the main bulk of my foods. I still eat lots of pizza, chocolate and fast food occasionally. I just make it fit my calories.

How many calories are you guys eating? 1200 net was so low for me.. I did it and lost 7lb in 3 weeks on it, but. Since moved my net calories up to 1500-1800 calories net per day and I’m still losing just way slower and I feel like I have a lot more energy... I’m losing about 1lb a week on these higher calories

24 f 5’9-5’10” SW 149 GW 125 Haven’t measured recently but for someone my weight I have small measurements. Goal measurements are a couple inches smaller - 33-24-34... add 2 to 3 to each measurement and that’s where I’m at right now :) I’ve never calorie counted before. Any and all can add me on here. :)

Soo not sure how bad it is but it’s my first night on here and I just made a 400 calorie breakfast sandwich for dinner. Maybe not the healthiest but I’m not hungry anymore and it was yummy
