This happens to me every time I binge on Taco Bell. Legitimately feel like I have a gut the next morning, but within a couple days of eating right and exercising it goes away because it is just water retention/bloat.

If you're going to go over on a macro, that's a good one to go "over" on! I think you could give some thought to even raising your protein goal to 80 grams.

I'm not sure what relevance the picture has, but that is a super cute dress! It doesn't tell us much about why you aren't losing, though. You would have to look at your logs over the past months, or start logging consistently and accurately. After doing that for about a month, you can look at the weight you have gained or…

I'm with cmriverside - exercise is the only thing that almost always keeps my nutrition on point. Definitely make sure to put a huge emphasis on exercise, something that is a structured plan to focus on. And yes, please, eat enough. If you follow MFP's calculators at the beginning, you pretty much have to set your loss at…

On the plus side, you did not gain 10 pounds in a week. I can relate to this on a painfully close level. The weight gain from binges, the shame, the feeling like a failure. It sounds like you are actually doing great despite many major life changes and obstacles. Be proud of yourself and set a continued good example for…

In bed trying to get the motivation to move. Easier said than done.

Nutritionally, yes it is fine. However, if you have struggled with binge eating or an unhealthy relationship with food it is an awful idea.

For sure. My wrists are 5.75", even so, that is the absolute low end of my range. I think it's probably remnants of wanting to be a skinny gal, but it's a pipe dream number. I am going to focus on lifting weights, so I might end up weighing 130 a year from now and I am totally cool with that  I think, for me, this…

I did set myself up as sedentary - I feel it is accurate, but I'd put moderately active if I was doing the TDEE method instead of MFP's way of eating back exercise calories. I changed my loss goal to .5 pounds per week...no one likes a hangry woman. It's already hard enough sticking to a new lifestyle, I don't want to feel…

When I input my information (5'6, 138 pounds, 29 years old, female), it came up with 1210 calories per day. I aimed for a one pound loss per week, but with 20 pounds to lose, it is not realistic? I am definitely okay with the idea of a slower loss, but for some reason I thought a pound per week was doable. Thank you for…
