After doing IVF and losing 60 lbs before starting. I suggest you pick a workout routine you can stick through even when you do get pregnant. It helps balance the moods and flush the body out with the added hormones. I did a 1/2 a lb to lose weight and did 60 mins cardio with 30 mins of weight training.

Add me! 3 kids (a teenager and twins.) Down 45lbs need another 40 to go.

I would suggest you download some good music and just show up daily. No excuses even when you don’t feel like going show up. Start slow and eventually you’ll get it.

Try a protein shake before. Having some protein helps keep you from eating so much. Try to stick to veggies and meats that helps a lot. There are drinks you can have now that are lower on calories also for every drink you have have two cups of water. You’ll get full faster and flush out.

To lose the remaining 40 lbs so I can do a mommy makeover. Countdown has began! 50lbs down. 🙌🏼

The 10K is with working out. I have been logging in my exercise through my health app. I burn average 600-700 calories for my workouts. My BMR is 33.4 and my TDEE 1554. I don’t really understand these numbers.

Exercise add as you go? Can you explain a little more please?

I would say kick up your weight training to 45 mins and intense cardio to 45 mins. I would up your weights. The strength training exercise that works for him won’t necessarily work for you. You have to try different movements to see what works best. Instagram and Pinterest have trainers you can follow that are women to…
