I’ve been working from home and sticking to my usual routine as if going to work so my eating habits haven’t changed. I miss going to the gym though and just can’t seem to get motivated to workout at home. Also not sleeping very well. I think I need to stop watching the news before bed.

Just walked down the aisle of the plain and didn’t have to turn myself sideways to fit. Lots of length on the seatbelt when I tightened it too! 😃

Finally changed ‘decades’ today and made it down into the 170’s. 🥳 My next mini goal is 175 lbs so that I can finally be considered only overweight rather than obese. 😏

I do a vinyasa flow type of class that I love. I really like the humble warrior and wide legged forward bend.

Being consistent and not quitting ... 104 lbs lost so far by eating at a calorie deficit (most of the time)

Not a mini goal, just an observation that I’m looking forward too. I’ll be taking a flight in a couple of weeks and really looking forward to seeing how much bigger the seats have gotten since last year, lol. 😁

Bought my first pair of pants in size 12

This is a weird one, but I realized I can now put my head down between my knees when I’m sitting. Like on planes they always tell you in an emergency you should do that and I used to wonder how anyone could do that let alone breathe. Now I can fold over and very easily, comfortably take a nap while I’m at it.

I could have written this post myself. I also have a WW membership, I attend the meetings and weigh-ins for the accountability aspect but haven’t really followed the program. At the beginning I was tracking both in the WW app and in MFP to see how it compared and to make sure I wasn’t going overboard in calories. Now I…

It doesn’t burn a ton of calories but my quads and glutes will tell you after yesterday’s class that it was definitely exercise, lol.

I went up about 3 lbs this morning because I ate all the things yesterday and then some. From experience though I know this is not fat gain. As the others have mentioned it’s water retention, waste, etc. and all will return to normal in a few days. I’ll return to my usual food intake and drink lots of water.

All my good intentions went to hell and I ate like a complete *kitten* today. I thought I had this kind of out of control eating in check. Not beating myself up, I know this will just be a blip in my overall trend but I have some things to reflect on.

I now fit into the smallest of the clothes I had stored away. Every new size I fit into from now on will be smallest that I’ve ever been (or can remember being) in my adult life.

I won’t count but I’ll be mindful of what I’m eating and not go overboard.

Bought a shirt yesterday and didn’t even try it on first. Felt good to be able to just grab something off the rack and be confident that it would fit and look good. Sure enough, fits like a glove.
