What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

Well, having reached my previous goal of going below 30 BMI, met next goal is to go below 80kg. I honestly don't remember when I was last at a weight starting with a 7! More than ten years ago, I'm guessing...10

I reached my goal of being a normal bmi on the Asian American bmi chart (I was obese on the same chart back in April 2019 when I started my weightloss journey) I also reached my goal of being my high school weight. My goal this Sunday is to look good in my high school cheerleader outfit for our super bowl theme at church. My other goal is to reach my doctor's goal for me of dropping the last 8.5 lbs My final goal will be to work on getting the 4 pack abs I had in college.6

I want to move back down to an overweight BMI before my birthday in late May. 22 pounds to get there so a little over 1.5 pounds a week.11

I lost 20 lbs 2 1/2 years ago, and have stayed at that weight since, but still had 16lbs to lose to hit my goal, Im finally striving to hit it, and when I do, Im getting my side piece tattoo done. I hit my goal once, but didnt get my tattoo because I wasnt 100% sure I was done having kids. Im definitely done now.
I guess my first mini goal though is to hit 147, I have hit 148 twice in the past couple years then always drift back to 152 to 155, I am at 149.6 now, so just need to keep going this time13 -
I want to shrink enough that none of my current wardrobe will fit me. That will probably happen when I get down to a 16, since I started at a 20-22. I will have a great deal of satisfaction when I put all my clothes in the box to either save for my girlfriend (she's bigger than me and also working on her weight) or put to send to donation.10

I find losing every 10 lbs is motivating: getting down to 190, 180, 170, 160...13
-
I am just wanting to be out of the 180's, short term goal. Over the last year I am as high as 197 or can get to 187 then back up. Right now I am 185, so I would like to lose 6 pounds soon!6

While shopping at Walmart I came across a zip-up pair of jeans on the Clearance rack for ONE DOLLAR. They were one size too small but for a BUCK I took them home. That is what is motivating me right now! :-) Ten pounds and they might fit! Can't wait to chuck all the elastic waist jeans I've accumulated.18

Not a mini goal, just an observation that I’m looking forward too. I’ll be taking a flight in a couple of weeks and really looking forward to seeing how much bigger the seats have gotten since last year, lol. 😁13

I've got new clothes on order, and when they do come I will have them and be able to see what a size I haven't been since high school looks like.9

I am going on vacation in 1.5 months and I ordered two dresses in a US size 10. I am a 12 currently and was a 14 a couple months ago.

I do the same thing! For every mini goal I hit, I get a new workout top or leggings. It’s fun and keeps me motivated

Three more pounds and I'll be at 145, just 5 pounds from goal weight.15

I reward myself with a new thrift store outfit just to remind myself of my new body especially when in a plateau since I'm so close to ideal weight.7

I have gone from 180 lbs on June 2019 to 154 lbs currently. So from 12 stone 9.5 to hoovering in 11 stone. My mini goal is to break into the 10 stone category, it’s been soo hard as I’ve got closer to goal weight of 150lbs. I just can’t seem to do it but I will keep trying!!!!!
Whoop whoop I’ve finally broke into the 10 stone category. This morning I weighed 10 stone 13 3/4!!!!! Or 153.7 lbs. I’m super chuffed as it’s been over 2 years since I was in this range. 😇

My next mini goal is to go from 153.7 lbs to 149 lbs. strict intermittent fasting seems to be really working for me so I’m going to stick to it and see the results. Wish me luck peeps!6

Well, the old bras were too loose in the band, and the new ones are too tight. So there's an extender being used, and the goal is to get to where I don't need the extender. Other clothing goal on top is to see the current shirts get too big. Bottom clothing goal is to get to the point where the size 20's can't be worn any more, which is about two sizes down. I fit into an 18, but I'm not quite ready to drop the 20's.6

I’m going to Barcelona for my 40th at the end of July & I would love to lose around 4-5 stones by then7

Mine has been to get back into the 130s for the first time in 3 years. Which I finally did today—the scale said 139.6 lb, but I’ve been sick this week and not eating much. I’m sure this will go up some once I’m eating normally again. So my mini goal is to get better and get into the 130s for real!!12

The new mini-goal is to get below 280 on the scale, I've been plateaued for a bit, but I took several days off the gym to see if my muscles would release the water. We'll see tomorrow morning how we have been doing.
But the new bras fit without an extender, and I need to order more than the one pair of size 18s because it won't be long til these 20's just won't work at all.10 -
I buy a lot of clothes from Chico's.
Last week they had a big sale and I bought several items a size smaller than my normal size. I'm determined to fit them by spring.6 -
I'm focusing on the next 5 lbs. It will mark a loss of 30% of my starting weight!!10
-
Change in mini goal: Make it out of the 180s for at least a full week. Really starting to struggle big time, but still have as much as 50 lbs to torch.7

I want to start C25K but would like to be less than 100kg when I do so. I’m currently focusing on walking trying to hit 10K steps per day, and I can tell me knees are still getting used to this so I don’t want to rush.
I currently weigh 110kg and hope to reach my target and start running 1 May. On the way I will pass another mini goal, at 108kg I will drop a BMI class to be “just” obese.7 -
C25k is great @AwesomeSquirrel and I was well over 100kg, the plan starts with really short runs which can be speed walking - the sooner you start the sooner it gets easier. I also found that as I lost weight during the programme it helped get those longer runs.
I joined a C25k group here though I don't know if it is still going.3
