I do the same thing! For every mini goal I hit, I get a new workout top or leggings. It’s fun and keeps me motivated

Three more pounds and I'll be at 145, just 5 pounds from goal weight.15

I reward myself with a new thrift store outfit just to remind myself of my new body especially when in a plateau since I'm so close to ideal weight.7

I have gone from 180 lbs on June 2019 to 154 lbs currently. So from 12 stone 9.5 to hoovering in 11 stone. My mini goal is to break into the 10 stone category, it’s been soo hard as I’ve got closer to goal weight of 150lbs. I just can’t seem to do it but I will keep trying!!!!!
Whoop whoop I’ve finally broke into the 10 stone category. This morning I weighed 10 stone 13 3/4!!!!! Or 153.7 lbs. I’m super chuffed as it’s been over 2 years since I was in this range. 😇

My next mini goal is to go from 153.7 lbs to 149 lbs. strict intermittent fasting seems to be really working for me so I’m going to stick to it and see the results. Wish me luck peeps!6

Well, the old bras were too loose in the band, and the new ones are too tight. So there's an extender being used, and the goal is to get to where I don't need the extender. Other clothing goal on top is to see the current shirts get too big. Bottom clothing goal is to get to the point where the size 20's can't be worn any more, which is about two sizes down. I fit into an 18, but I'm not quite ready to drop the 20's.6

Mine has been to get back into the 130s for the first time in 3 years. Which I finally did today—the scale said 139.6 lb, but I’ve been sick this week and not eating much. I’m sure this will go up some once I’m eating normally again. So my mini goal is to get better and get into the 130s for real!!12

The new mini-goal is to get below 280 on the scale, I've been plateaued for a bit, but I took several days off the gym to see if my muscles would release the water. We'll see tomorrow morning how we have been doing.
But the new bras fit without an extender, and I need to order more than the one pair of size 18s because it won't be long til these 20's just won't work at all.10 -
I buy a lot of clothes from Chico's.
Last week they had a big sale and I bought several items a size smaller than my normal size. I'm determined to fit them by spring.6 -
I'm focusing on the next 5 lbs. It will mark a loss of 30% of my starting weight!!10

Change in mini goal: Make it out of the 180s for at least a full week. Really starting to struggle big time, but still have as much as 50 lbs to torch.7

I want to start C25K but would like to be less than 100kg when I do so. I’m currently focusing on walking trying to hit 10K steps per day, and I can tell me knees are still getting used to this so I don’t want to rush.
I currently weigh 110kg and hope to reach my target and start running 1 May. On the way I will pass another mini goal, at 108kg I will drop a BMI class to be “just” obese.7 -
C25k is great @AwesomeSquirrel and I was well over 100kg, the plan starts with really short runs which can be speed walking - the sooner you start the sooner it gets easier. I also found that as I lost weight during the programme it helped get those longer runs.
I joined a C25k group here though I don't know if it is still going.3
