    Mini goal: get under 210!
    SW: 226 - 8/21/16
    CW: 214
    First GW: 178 (In past weight loss, something magical happens around this weight and I start to feel thin.)

    Mini goal 1: get under 210 - met! (209.6 10/19/17)
    Mini goal 2a: Onederland by late December or early January - met! (199.2 12/23/17)
    Mini goal 2b: Run for 30 mins straight - met! (I regularly run 30 mins once a week with intervals up to 6mph)
    Mini goal 3: 195 - met! (193.4 01/19/18)
    Mini goal 4: Add 3 sets of 10 squats that break parallel to my strength routine. - met/modified - I now do 3 sets of 15, not quite parallel but close and taking into account a knee I don't wanna aggravate.

    This was a good month for weight and a month of adjustments for my body. First my left knee started giving me trouble so I backed off my run and switched to elliptical. Then as mentioned above, I had to modify my squat goal, and I've got some weird shoulder pain that affects strength training. But I'm loving the muscles popping in the back of my thighs and bottom of my butt (which I've noticed is getting smaller and flatter on top, so you better believe I will be keeping up these squats!). Next goals:

    Mini goal 1: get under 210 - met! (209.6 10/19/17)
    Mini goal 2a: Onederland by late December or early January - met! (199.2 12/23/17)

    Mini goal 6: Attend my annual physical tomorrow and get a referral for physical therapy to investigate this knee and shoulder stuff.

    Current weight ~ 185 lbs
    • Mini Goal 1: 185 lbs for Hawaii trip! (2nd week of Jan) Achieved
    • Mini Goal 2: 183 lbs by my 20th birthday (Feb 6th)
    • Mini Goal 3: 178 lbs (weight I was when I met my BF) by Spring break (Last week of March)
    • Mini Goal 4: 175 lbs for my little sister's graduation (Mid-May)
    • Mini Goal 5: 170 lbs by Fall 2018 semester (August)
    • Final Weight Goal: 165 lbs by Halloween 2018
    • Recomp Goal: ~ 18% body fat at the start of next summer (May 2019)

    My last mini goal was to get under 200 by feb 1st, today I was 202, so I’m fairly sure I will achieve that!

    Soooo my next mini goals are to lose 10% of my body weight (9 more lbs) and then get out of the obese BMI category (11 more lbs). Want to do this by the end of February!!

    I want to hit my goal by my 28th birthday! August 31st. I'm down 15 pounds from December 4th and have 30 pounds to go!

    I want new work pants but cant justify spending money on them right now since I'm so close to needing a smaller size. Hopefully I would just need another pair of new pants in a month or so.

    @dancefit2015 we have really similar goals! I am about 5lbs heavier than you though

    My "mini" (though it seems to be long-term) goal is to do the splits! I've been working on it for the past year, and am pretty much there on my good side. Now maybe another year for my not-so-good side? Haha!

    I have a trip to Costa Rica in May with my husband, best friend and her bf.... I ordered 5 new bathing suits and a dress for the trip. They get delivered February 22nd...right now my goal is to lose 7-10 more lbs by the time they get delivered!
