Good Morning! Feeling bloated after indulging in food at a party last night, but not going to let that get me down. No sugar or processed food today and 10,000 steps on thread mill at gym tonight. May you all have a great day!

I’m with you about curbing emotional eating..,I’ve found if I can pause for a minute and stay in the moment with my intention, it’s easier to stop my knee-jerk reaction to want to eat or overeat I’m finding it’s a sort of spiritual thing for me, I try to pause, pray and take positive action.

I am staying away from white potatoes for now. I’m eating Sweet potatoes and may add white back at some point. Trying to figure out what’s best for me. We’re all a little different. Or at least I am!

Hi! I’m wondering if you’d like to be accountability partners. I’m impressed you’ve already lost 20lbs. I seem to have a mental block when it comes to eating right and exercising. For the week My goal is 10,000 steps a day, drink 64oz water a day and eat low carb/clean.

I am definitely an over eater. I think there are lots of factors at play for me, with #1 being I put everyone and everything ahead of my own needs.
