Keep it up! I fight with it every day. I had a diet and nutrition planner do my macros. It is easier for me to fit what I want to eat into that rather than feeling like I'm depriving myself. I had captain crunch today! Friend me if you, it's fun to keep encouraged! I'll be happy to share more.
