That is a fair point about my period, I should be getting it in about a week.. I also have a suspicion that my IUD that I got back in April could have something to do with the plateau. Hopefully not though, cause I’m not sure if there’s really a solution in that case

My calorie intake is 1230 a day, because my goal is 2 pounds a week. I am 5’5 and 165 pounds right now, although the scale said 167 this morning. I started at 202lbs and I want to get to 135-140lbs

Shouldn’t I still be losing weight in general though? Like I said, I’ve been stuck at roughly the same weight for about 5 weeks

I’m about 181 right now, I’ve lost 20 pounds already, and want to get down to around 130.. I don’t have a food scale but I try to track as accurately as possible!

I definitely was eating less calories when I was only eating dinner, like less than 1200 usually, I didn’t want my body to go into starvation mode so I started to eat more. that’s why I think my metabolism just got used to not many calories a day, so when I started to have more it might be causing a weight gain?

My calorie limit according to MFP right now is 1480, usually I’m even under that too. I’m weighing almost every day first thing when I wake up. It’s been almost 3 weeks without really any change.. before that I was losing up to 4 pounds a week with the same diet. The one thing I guess is that I haven’t had time to workout…

I’m at about 182lbs right now according to the scale, and I’m about 5’5 and I’m trying to get to 140 or 135. Right now I’m trying to do a 1000 calorie deficit and trying to walk as much as possible to get steps.. although I’m at work for the majority of the day so sometimes it’s hard

Could it just be temporary water retention?

I’ve been doing about 30 minutes of strength training as well as 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week ☺️
