I was so wrong to stop tracking food. Good you will be doing it. Maybe we can support each other in the effort. I thought I would too. After over a year of tracking food, I got tired of it. Big mistake.

Me too. I hope when I get off of it I can continue charting what I eat on here. Truly, that is what has helped me the most too.

Me? No. It's inspiration for me to get thin like that again. I am heavy now, wearing a 2X.
-
I'd totally stop taking it. Chest and arms hurting and heartburn do not sound right.

For some reason the 30mg capsules work better for me than the 37.5 Adipex.

My doctor kept me on it as long as I wanted. After about 10 months I thought it wasn't working. I didn't lose weight, but I didn't gain. So I quit taking it. And pow, I started gaining weight back like everyone else says.
-
Totally. But I think it's true of any diet. As soon as you start eating "normally" you gain the weight back. It's just not sustainable to "diet."

In 4 years, I gained all my weight back. But I blame it on not logging my food. I was taking it for a year. It wasn't working that well at the end. Logging my food and exercise here was truly how I lost the weight. I started getting resentful of logging. So I stopped. Then I started gaining. I was going to a diet doctor at…

Wow, fainting spells, that's awful. I only had the problem of not eating enough for the first couple of days.

I am 5'0.5 (Got to get that half inch in!). I hope I really can eat 2000 and stay the same. In reality, I think I have to stay at 1700 or 1800 to be stable. My weight fluctuates a lot, and I never did get to my goal of 110. I do Zumba 2 or 3 times a week. I started weight training a couple of weeks ago, but only did it…

As long as you are logging your food, you should do great. I am not familiar with Diethylpropion, but I have done really well on Phentermine. After awhile, you'll find it curbs your appetite a bit, and you won't have any side effects. For me, it just helps me not overeat after dinner. I got as thin as I look in that…

What Kayakeya says. When you stop, you just want to eat all the time. But really, it's the same as anytime you lose weight on a "diet". I am thinking our fat cells have a memory.
-
I agree you should stop. I find those side effects only last a few days. If it's lasting weeks, that's not a drug you should be taking.

Thanks. I read the info on their site. I asked my doctor about it. He said if Phen isn't working anymore, this definitely won't. And that I can only take it 12 weeks. He kept me on Phen for a year. The last 2 days Phen worked, so fingers crossed he will let me. It makes so much more sense to take it 3 times a day.

Yay! Just keep logging your food. That helps me tremendously. I hope it helps you too. The first day I logged, I was honest. I ate 4 cupcakes and had a bottle of wine. My calories were 3200. When I log, I don't eat junk because I don't want to see it in writing. I am so psyched Phen is working again for me. I quit around…

Same here. I stay accountable by posting my food. If I don't post, I need a nudge to get started again!
-
Me too. Just started back! Looking for friends :)

By the way, the picture of me was when I had lost all the weight by taking Phentermine. I want to get back to how I looked there!

I'm starting fresh here. Please friend me! I took Phen for quite awhile and lost a lot of weight. What helped me the most was logging my food. It kept me honest. As with any diet, it seems like my fat cells had a memory and wanted me to gain weight, and fast. I'm gaining weight. This is my second day back here.I honestly…

I never heard of Lomeira. Is it stronger than regular Phen? I think taking a lower dose 3 times a day makes more sense. Regular dose of Phen is about 30mg.

Don't worry about it. After a week, you'll be eating normally, just will have a smaller appetite and be able to control your eating. I was on it and lost 40 pounds in 6 months. It sucks, but after awhile it stops working. I can't take it now, it doesn't work at all for me. I'm starting back again. I started eating badly…
