When I get sweet cravings in the evening, I brush my teeth and drink a good glass of water. I may have a smaller snack like some carrots or small salad. I try really hard to space out my snacks and meals at set times during the day and slam a glass of water afterwards.

I run between 5.5-6.5 when I run 5k. I like to do interval training with doing 9mph for 45secs and walk at 3.5pmh for 90sec. I

Hello!!new and really excited to join the group! I did my first 5k a month or so ago and I loved it so much, why not sign up for a marathon? My first marathon will be the Chicago marathon Oct 11 2020! I hope to run 50 miles for November! Let the games begin!

I searched tri threads and most are old. I love to do exercise classes for strength and endurance but want to spice things up with doing the triathlons. I don't plan on going full on IRONMAN first round lol

Last couple days I've done well! I thought I logged yesterday but maybe I forgot. April 13: I did fantastic with eating. I'm trying very hard to include green veggies at every meal/snacking. Remembered to take my vitamins, and did house work all day to stay active

I would contact your Dr. If it's that painful . After my surgery, I am nauseous for a few days but I try to do smoothies or protein drinks(favorite is banana, almond milk and powdered peanut butter)

5'1" here! And about 135-140( I try not to weigh to much). My goal is to be 120 as well and I log daily.

Hello! I like to keep my calorie intake at 1200. I added some of you for food ideas too! 😁 I need new ideas for meal prep as I'm getting tired of my zoodles and burrito bowls. I have a few meals saved too.

Just had a different surgery in January and thought I was well enough to start up again and pushed myself back. Please don't be stubborn like me and possibly meet a physical therapist and obtain clearance from a Dr. .
