  • I have done carnivore several times for months at a time. It completely eliminates all inflammation in my joints.   • I can’t get anyone to hike with me either. Anyway, I like to hike the state park trails in the East Texas piney woods. Can’t really afford to travel elsewhere. Hiking and fishing are what I live for!
  • I just weighed in at doctor and was 229. Last year I was 150. I binge eat from stress. Anyway, doc told me to eat 1,500 calories on a low carb autoimmune diet. So I’m starting over. I’ll friend you! You can do this.

  • I joined TOPS 3 weeks ago. I need the accountability of some kind of meeting or I gain it all back. Had years of WW meetings but TOPS is far more affordable.
  • 53 here and on week 3 of this do-over. Started TOPS meetings also. Always gain it all back and then some without accountability. Joining this group and hope to be helpful to others also! 👍
  • I binge too sometimes if I’m not eating enough protein and fat. Sometimes the cravings can be fixed by eating 2 eggs fried in olive oil. I’m a sugar addict so the bingeing just goes crazy every once in a while. 🙁 I’m in Texas too so I’ll send you friend request. Not sure how that works on here. Still figuring this stuff…
  • Right now my favorite snack is a peppermint mocha. Microwave a cup of hot water Add: Teaspoon instant coffee Teaspoon pure cocoa powder Tablespoon Coffee Mate Dash of peppermint extract It energizes me.
