This summer I want to be able to wear a dress without tights and for my thighs not to rub together painfully. I remember doing this in school when I was 11st 3 or so, so that's about 1.5st to lose before I get there. Should be just about doable at ~2lb per week.

Wrap in foil (leaving a little room inside the parcel for air to circulate) and bake at 180c for 20 mins - no need for oil or butter. If you're feeling fancy, add lemon juice and capers to the parcel.

At least four times a week. I'm not a fan of normal potatoes so I substitute sweet ones. As I understand it, they're more nutritious anyway.

Try drinking more water generally and especially a big glass before meals to fill you up more. That helps me.

0 cal noodles from Holland and Barrett... It wasn't that I didn't like them that much, although the texture was a bit rubbery and strange. I just physically couldn't force myself to eat them - it was like my body wouldn't recognise it as food. A really strange sensation.

Nice one! Just keep logging and hitting your calorie goals and you'll get there. And remember, to err is human - eating too much every now and then isn't the end of the world. Just get back on the horse and you're good to go. Good luck!

I think usually people would just write 14st 2 (or maybe 2lb). I don't think I've ever seen symbols to indicate it like feet and inches.

Wake up 7:30 or 7:40 (depending on whether hair needs washing), take meds, go to toilet, weigh in, shower, brush teeth. 7:50 get dressed fast. 8:01 leave house 1 minute late 8:15 miss train by 1 minute, curse self for not getting up earlier 9:15 Arrive at work late, have breakfast (bran flakes and milk, coffee.)

Marilyn you're right! It turns out it's 224cal per 100g, and a fishcake is actually about 150g... So actually 336 after all that! Thanks for your help everyone.
