Day EIGHT!!!!

It's officially been seven SUCCESSFUL days! I wanted to wait until day eight to crow my success (because a midnight snack could've ruined everything). But I've met my first mini goal: meeting my calorie and exercise goals for one full week. I'm not done by a long shot, but this is the longest I've ever stuck with any kind of program, and making it to this marker has just lit me up with determination!

I'm going to keep it small for now, one week at a time. Once I get a little more confident, I'll go for slightly larger goals. I am certain that I can do this. All of the support I've gotten from the community here has DEFINITELY helped tons! I really appreciate all of the comments of support, tips, and suggestions people have given me so far.

So, onward and upward! (Or in the case of my weight goal, DOWNward ;) )

    Nice one! Just keep logging and hitting your calorie goals and you'll get there. And remember, to err is human - eating too much every now and then isn't the end of the world. Just get back on the horse and you're good to go. Good luck!
