Thanks for your perspective.. I know what you mean. I need to take better care of myself so I can take care of my love ones..I have had to come to grips with that over time:)..It's ok to care about yourself and take good care of yourself..People need to be taught more self care..

Nice to meet you:)! I know it's very confusing. .Some healthy foods are definitly off limits for me also. .It's a process but eventually you will get to a place where you know what is ok for you to eat that won't escalate symptoms. .I'm just about there myself..

what's really filling for me: - Baked sweet potato with a lrg dollop of plain greek yogurt and drizzle organic maple sugar..yummy - romaine lettuce or celery boats with Tuna I make with plain yog and choppwe celery and onions - baked chicken breast with sauted spinach and white beans on top.

One thing to consider and something I need to work harder on is not eating the same thing everyday..that can be a recipe for creating a new intolerance. ..So try to eat differently daily..if possible:)..
