That's the only thing I dislike about her cookbook is the servings are cups, etc. instead of weight. I do have old Weight Watchers serving spoons that are 1/2 cup and cup sizes so that helps a little bit.

I had the same thing happen when I went to my nutritionist 2 weeks ago. I made a comment about "I know it's only 7 pounds" and she stopped me and pulled out something that looked just like that but it was a pound. She made me hold it and said "you lost 7 of these!"

I had to give it up. Never could take a sip of a diet drink without spitting it out. I love(d) Dr. Pepper and my husband was a Mt. Dew fan. I just quit buying the Dr. Pepper so it wasn't even around. Now my husband doesn't even drink Mt. Dew anymore (and he's not dieting). Every now and then he'll have a sprite or 7up.
