Breakfast: 2 Bob Evans sausage links and 1 hard boiled egg
Lunch: Clancy Veggie sticks, a Honeycrisp apple and a small spring mix salad with a sweet vinaigrette dressing
Afternoon snack: baby carrots & Bolthouse Ranch
Dinner: 8-piece chicken nuggets from Chick-Fil-A and a medium waffle fry (can't wait!)1 -
Breakfast: fried egg with Panola, 1/2 mango, coffee
Lunch: cup of hot & sour soup, lemon chicken (no rice, light on the sauce) & 1 crab Rangoon (Chinese place with my dad, not my choice but I tried to make the best of it)
Dinner: spaghetti bake with TVP "meat", zucchini, onion, tomato sauce & a little mozzarella
I had to log the best I could with lunch and seems like I'm still under on cals but feel very over with all of the sodium so I'm gonna call it good.0 -
Breakfast: Greek yogurt & frozen peaches
Lunch: leftover skinnytaste chicken cordon bleu and a sweet potato
Dinner: skinnytaste crockpost salsa chicken thighs - not sure yet if I'll put it on a salad or on tortilla(s) with lettuce, cheese and maybe some greek yogurt
Snack: Blue Diamond Cinnamon Nut Thins; breyers chocolate mini pint with some ff redi whip

Breakfast: Little slice of coffee cake that was in the office, greek yogurt & frozen peaches
Lunch: leftover crockpot salsa chicken thighs put in a salad of spring mix, shredded cheese, cilantro and some greek yogurt
Dinner: Panera Pick 2: Half Roasted Turkey, Apple & Cheddar Sandwich and Half Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken and maybe some chips
Snacks: light babybel and a caramel rice cake0 -
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with cheese, mixed berries, coffee with creamer
Lunch: Mixed green salad with cucumbers and greek yogurt dressing, crackers and cheese and a kirkland protein bar
Snack: apple and a greek 100 yoplait yogurt
Dinner: Sloppy Joe on a bun, steamed broccoli, teddy grahams
Late Snack: Halo Top0 -

Lunch = burrito with black beans, diced sweet potatos, and cheese; Moro blood orange
Dinner = BBQ turkey, baked sweet potato

Breakfast: An Ole Extreme wellness wrap with roast beef, chicken and cheese plus café bustello and almond creamer
Lunch: Dr. Paengers California Veggie patty, on a wrap, an apple and carrots
Dinner: NO IDEA
Snacks: None at work, maybe resse's eggs at home, again no idea its towards the end of a work week and I'm burned out0 -
Breakfast: oatmeal with raisins, brown sugar & peanut butter. Coffee.
Lunch: huge salad with TVP "taco meat", sautéed peppers & onions, tomatoes & a mix of ranch-salsa as dressing
Dinner: black beans cooked with onions, celery & garlic, piece of cornbread with butter
Snacks: Gala apple, 2 white chip cookies, plain chai tea0 -
Breakfast: Coffee with 2 tbsp creamer
Lunch: Leftover veggie pasta bake
Dinner: More leftover pasta bake
Snacks: Not sure yet, probably a small or medium shake from Sonic. It's 1/2 price day and been a rough week.0 -

After dinner snack: TBD probably some ice cream or maybe some cheese, pepperoni and crackers0 -

Lunch: Sauteed kale with tempeh, lentils, bell pepper, cucumber and cherry tomatoes
Dinner: Lentil pasta with hemp seed pesto and baby artichokes
Snack: Greek yogurt with blueberries, carrots and a handful of almonds.1 -
I switch it up a little day to day, but it's mostly
Breakfast: Protein shake/protein bar
Lunch: Steamed veggies, greek yogurt and some sort of meat (turkey meatballs are my current favorite)
Dinner: Chicken breast, veggies, two pieces of wheat toast, greek yogurt or sugar free pudding cup for dessert
Snack: Almonds, cashews or no sugar added fruit cups1 -
Breakfast: Pumpkin spice cranberry protein scone
Lunch: Baked potato with shredded cabbage, tomato, and cilantro-citrus dressing, Clif nut butter bar
Dinner: Kale salad with cashew-red pepper dressing and pumpernickel croutons0 -
B- couple eggs, bacon, home fries, my latte
L- a grilled cheese and bacon sandwich
D- maybe a shake. or a sweet potato. Not really feeling eating. Luckily it's a workout day, so hopefully that will make me hungry.0 -

Snacks: 2% cottage cheese with blueberries + tomatoes + celery + cucumber + baby carrots with Opa yogurt dressing
Bevs: tea with 5% cream & sweetener + Fresca + water0 -
Breakfast: Pecan-sweet potato granola with cashew milk
Lunch: Soba noodles with vegetables, peanut sauce, and sriracha, tempeh bacon, almonds and walnuts

Very indulgent Saturday. I figured I'd do this anyway:
Breakfast: spoonful of crunchy peanut butter, black cherry Greek yogurt, cup of coffee
Lunch: 2 tamales from a Mexican restaurant and several pieces of honeycomb type candy coated in chocolate
Dinner: 1/2 thin crust Dominos pizza with black olive & green peppers, large bottle of Samuel Smith's pear cider & 2 local craft beers0 -
Breakfast: Coffee with 2 tbsp creamer
Lunch: Out to lunch with some friends! Had a Shrimp and Crab fried roll, spring roll, and a little sauteed veggies and shrimp
Dinner: Leftover pasta bake
Snack: Hazelnut iced coffee0 -
Breakfast = oatmeal with melted cheese, salt and pepper
Lunch = 2 slices honey wheat toast with Nutella, garden veggie straws
Dinner = cornflake crusted chicken fingers; mashed sweet potatoes made with sour cream, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper
Snacks = 1 mini Hershey chocolate, fiber one brownie, protein bar0 -
